The Târîh-i Osmânî Encümeni Mecmuası (TOEM), first published in 1910, was the first comprehensive and systematic journal dedicated to Ottoman historiography. TOEM aimed to reexamine Ottoman history through a scholarly lens and continued publication through 1921, renamed as the Türk Tarih Encümeni Mecmuası (TTEM).
