Once called the "The Hungarian Broadway" - Second Avenue and Tenth Street was a bustling area of NYC at the turn of the century. One of the main attractions was its renowned Hungarian orchestra that entertained the Bohemian set who would sit for hours over their dinners enjoying the well-cooked meals and wonderful music. This ornately illustrated menu features many Hungarian specialties along with Oysters, Clams, Lobsters, Crabs, Game, Steaks, Herring, Sandwiches, Salads, Cheese, and a wide variety of wines from Hungary, Austria, and France. Handwritten price changes and some light toning, otherwise clean.
