Cream-colored paper spine label with black lettering and coffee-colored device and rules. Hand-sewn binding. Rough-cut edges. Coffee-colored title lettering (on title page) and accents throughout. Otherwise, text printed in black. Three full-page engravings and one smaller in-text engraving. “This edition was set by hand and printed by Timothy Hawley on a Vandercook Universal I proof press. The text paper is Frankfurt Cream. The wood engravings by Michael McCurdy were printed directly from the blocks. The title lettering was done by Steve Skaggs. The paste paper for the binding was made by Carol Blinn. The sheets were hand sewn onto tapes by the printer, and the bindings were executed by the Campbell-Logan Bindery.” Script of a radio play created by Stanley Elkin for National Public Radio and broadcast in November of 1985.
