First and only edition of this dissertation on the cultivation methods that produce an abundance of wheat and the causes of famine by pest and weather that destroy crops. The author also discusses the regulations controlling the ration of wheat during times of scarcity and the measures adopted in various countries to address the productive inequalities from year to year.
Little is known of this author from Sardinia except that he also published another work on the scarcity of wheat in Sardinia in 1783.
