Owner name front pastedown, a little foxing on the spine, Fine in a handsome near fine dust jacket with two small parallel tears at the bottom of the front panel that are a little creased, otherwise fresh and bright. wrapper with a tiny crease on the front flap. A novel that is an intimate portrait of a marriage, and the book upon which much of Salter's reputation rests. The book club edition appears to be quite uncommon. (Inventory #: 609176)
