Pinholes at each corner, overall about fine. Judy Garland, fresh from finishing The Wizard of Oz and Babes in Arms, works on the grounds of her newly-built home on Stone Canyon Road in Bel Air, CA. Garland was one of the first stars to have a home built (by architect Wallace Neff) in the area. About to finish work on Babes in Arms, she would go to New York City a few weeks later to premiere The Wizard of Oz. Photo has a handwritten date of "7/39" on verso. MGM publicity code MG 81835 on bottom right corner.
