For voice and piano. The rear cover features an excerpt from "The Flag of Freedom (The National Flag Song)" by Joseph Stanley. Major John McBride gave his life for Ireland, executed by the British for his role in the Easter Rising of 1916. There now stands a statue of him in his home town of Westport, County Mayo, at South Mall. *OCLC* locates only two holdings of this song and it appears to be equally scarce in the trade.
