An autograph letter signed Kate Greenaway to Miss Tenner: Im sorry I have nothing I could send you I have no drawings that would do except my book ones and those I dont exhibit I have an objection when I tell you I have refused to exhibit them at the Fine Arts Societys you will feel I have a good reason for refusing but Im sorry I cant lend you something else. Please give my kind regards to Miss Adey and Lady TennerPlease excuse this very hurried note. I never seem to have time for anything. The letter is on green stationery, has dark ink and light spotting, and two small mounting remnants on the first page. (Inventory #: 6635)
