Caricature Metamorphic Game

United States, 1930. Very good. Rubbed, modern tape repairs, some nicks/minor wear.. A metamorphic game based on six (6) different amusing caricatures. Each caricature is die-cut and printed onto a stiff piece of card, and is divided into three sections: face, chin, and body. The child playing with the toy can mix and match the different features to create entirely new characters, with dozens of possibilities. The characters include: a crusty old sailor; an Ottoman warrior; a laughing tennis player; a man in fox hunt garb and spectacles; a chef with roast pheasant; and a wealthy gentleman in housecoat and slippers smoking a cigar.
