Jacket overall toned, chipped, torn, and scuffed with slight fading to spine. Verso has previous owner tape repairs. Board extremities rubbed and bumped with binding cocked but firm; top stain faded and fore-edge foxed. Library rubber stamp to first free endsheet but no other library markings. Pages clean. A Very Good copy in a Good only jacket of one of Reilly's Inspector McKee mystery novels, this one involving the death of an artist who may or may not have committed suicide. (Inventory #: 33693)
